Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
IOP is an enhanced level of care for individuals who need more intensive support for their recovery from addiction and want to remain in the community. IOP programming includes group therapy, psychoeducation, connection to the community, and other therapeutic interventions designed to assist people in fulfilling their individualized treatment goals. Opioid Treatment Program (OTP)
Our OTP provides medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) with FDA-approved medications – in particular Methadone – for individuals diagnosed with opioid use disorder. Our OTP is open seven days a week and offers a continuum of services (individualized medication management, comprehensive addiction assessments, history and physical exams, individual and group counseling, case management, referral support, harm reduction education and planning). Each patient has an individualized addiction team comprised of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, masters level therapists, physicians, physician assistants, and support staff specializing in addiction. Massachusetts Impaired Driver Program (MID)
Our Clinicians provide individual counseling for substance use disorders (SUDs). You and your Clinician will work together to discuss your specific needs. Sessions focus on your recovery from addiction, utilizing tools such as relapse prevention, motivational interviewing, DBT, and referrals to community services. Individual counseling creates an opportunity for additional, patient centered support to further enhance readiness for change and motivation for the work of recovery. LEARN MORE

Second Offender Aftercare (SOA)
SOA provides individuals with more than one charge of operating under the influence (OUI) mandatory treatment for a year. Participants meet with their Clinician to complete an assessment and discuss the recommended treatment, which can include group therapy or 1:1 sessions. Requirements for sessions will be dependent on participation. Referral from court is required.

MiraVista Recovery Services
MRS is a substance use and addiction treatment program staffed by doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and registered nurses. MRS is designed for Individuals seeking medication treatment in an office-based setting, for abuse of substances, including opioids, alcohol, and stimulants. Care at MRS encompasses maintenance and assistance with withdrawal from alcohol and other substances for patients with mild-to-moderate use patterns. The medication offered at MRS includes Suboxone, Sublocade, Naltrexone, and Vivitrol, among others. MRS is continually evolving to provide evidence-based treatment, while maintaining expertise in tried-and-true medication therapies for substance use disorders.
